Terms of service.

This site is operated by Cyriac Zeh, a San Diego, California-based AI consultant, doing business as “The AI Architect.” These terms apply whenever you buy a digital product, register for an event, or subscribe to a consulting engagement through this site.

Member access to purchased products is managed through Clerk sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address associated with your account, and for any activity that happens under your account. If you lose access to your account email, contact us so we can help you regain access.

Individual digital products and the Complete AI Toolkit bundle are delivered instantly through the member dashboard once payment is confirmed.

Because these are instantly-delivered digital goods, we offer a 14-day refund window: if you are unsatisfied with a purchased product or the bundle, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.

Event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time. Inside that 48-hour window, tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable — email us and we will move your ticket to someone else.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of how close to the event date that happens.

Consulting subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Partner tiers) are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Cancelling stops future charges starting with the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current paid month — any work delivered during a month you’ve already paid for remains yours, regardless of whether you cancel before the month ends.

You agree not to misuse this site or its products — including attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with the normal operation of the site, or using purchased materials in a way that violates the intellectual property terms below.

When you purchase a digital product, event ticket, or consulting engagement, you receive a personal or internal business-use license to the materials provided. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish purchased materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content, templates, and materials remain the intellectual property of Cyriac Zeh unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Advice, templates, and consulting work are provided in good faith and reflect our professional judgment at the time they are delivered. Results vary by business, and nothing on this site or in a consulting engagement is a guarantee of any particular outcome. Our products and services are not a substitute for independent legal, financial, or tax advice, and we make no liability-free guarantee about the advice provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of this site is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the business, products, or applicable law change. Material changes will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or an active subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.
